Les meuniers insoumis
Blanc de noirs 100% pinot meunier, partly vinified in oak barrels, with floral aromas. Highlighting the terroir side of our domain with minimal handling during the vinification. Pinot meunier is a typical grape variety of the Champagne region, which often refuses to obey the winemaker practices. It will grow as it desires and its wines will evolve rapidly towards more complexity and roundness.
